1. What Remodelie is

Remodelie operates a free matching service that connects homeowners with independent local remodeling professionals ("Pros"). We are not a contractor. We do not perform remodeling work, hire or supervise Pros, set their prices, or guarantee their availability, quality, or timelines. Any agreement for remodeling work is solely between you and the Pro you choose.

2. The service is free for homeowners

Remodelie does not charge homeowners a fee to use its phone-based connection service. Telephone carrier charges, if any, are governed by your carrier. Remodelie may receive compensation through participating providers or marketing partners when an inquiry is connected. Any remodeling quote, contract, and payment arrangement is solely between you and the independent provider.

3. Your project information

When you call, please provide accurate information about your location and project and confirm that you are authorized to discuss the property. To respond to your inquiry, the call and details you choose to provide may be handled by telephone-routing services and shared with participating connection partners or independent providers, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Whether a provider can assist depends on ZIP-code coverage and that provider's availability.

4. Consent to be contacted

A call may lead to follow-up about the remodeling inquiry you initiated, subject to applicable law. Calling this number alone does not constitute blanket consent to unrelated promotional calls, automated marketing calls, or marketing text messages. Where separate consent is required, it must be obtained through the applicable process. Contact the party that contacts you to ask about its communication preferences.

5. No endorsement or guarantee

Independent providers are not Remodelie employees or crews. Remodelie does not represent that every provider has been independently screened, licensed, insured, certified, or approved by Remodelie. Before hiring anyone, verify applicable licensing, insurance, references, scope of work, permits, and contract terms directly with the provider and the relevant authorities. Remodelie does not guarantee provider availability, work quality, or project outcomes.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including submitting false projects, harvesting Pro information, or using the service for any unlawful purpose. We may decline or discontinue matching at our discretion.

7. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and design are the property of Remodelie or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remodelie is not liable for any damages arising from your interactions with Pros, the quality or outcome of remodeling work, or your use of this site. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
